Chef Works® announces updated and enhanced website

Chef Works®, the global leader in culinary and hospitality apparel, is thrilled to announce the launch of its new www.chefworks.com commercial website.

Featuring exquisitely detailed photography and video of hundreds of products – including 360-degree photography – the new chefworks.com also boasts an improved, user-friendly ordering system.

“Chef Works® has already set the standard for culinary and hospitality apparel, now we’re setting the standard for how our customers can digitally interact with our products,” said Neil Gross, CEO of Chef Works®.  “These site enhancements bring the customer as close as possible to our gear. It’s the next best thing to actually trying it on.”

Among the upgrades is an embroidery preview so customers can see their personalized apparel. There are also searchable product features, product quick-looks and a wish list.

“We’ve made the user’s journey through our site more visually engaging and efficient,” said Tim Scott, the e-commerce director for Chef Works®. “The site is designed to help you find exactly what you want. Once you’re there, we give you everything you need to make a choice.”

There is also a compare option that allows customers to examine all of our products side-by-side so they can make the best decision for their brand based on specs, style and price point.

“E-commerce is not a tactile enterprise, so we need to do everything possible to make the customer visualize themselves in that chef coat, shirt or apron,” said Amanda Stuckey, vice president of marketing for Chef Works. “The enhanced chefworks.com brings our apparel to life.”
