Chef Works wraps a busy April!

April was a busy month for the marketing team at Chef Works!

Sponsorships are a big part of what we do and it’s helped us become the global leader in culinary and hospitality apparel. But more importantly, it allows our team the opportunity to get out to some amazing food and wine festivals and meet the people who wear our gear so we can hear what they are thinking.

“The only thing more rewarding than going to a festival and seeing all of the chefs in our coats and aprons is hearing from them how much they love them,” said Amanda Stuckey, vice president of marketing for Chef Works. “Our goal is to make chefs look and feel great. And we love when we can see that firsthand.”

Chef Works was the culinary apparel sponsor for three of the largest festivals and conferences in the country this month, including: Pebble Beach Food & Wine, the Women Chefs & Restaurateurs national conference and Nirvana Food & Wine Festival in Paradise Valley, Ariz.

The Chef Works team provided personalized chef coats and aprons for Pebble Beach and Nirvana. For the WCR conference, Chef Works served as the official culinary apparel sponsor and also contributed as a cash sponsor. Plus our partner, Feast it Forward, opened their first retail store and studio kitchen in Napa, Calif. They celebrated the opening with Jacques Pepin and Rick Moonen in attendance!

“These events are the perfect way for us to get direct feedback from the people who are wearing our coats and aprons every day in their restaurants,” said Mai Cao, social media & sponsorship strategist for Chef Works. “We’re not just getting our brand out to the public. We’re hearing straight from the source what they like about our garments so with each new line we can keep getting better and better.”

Chef Works also took the bold move of making its first appearance at CinemaCon in Las Vegas. Earlier in the year, Chef Works paired with Cinema Buying Group. As more upscale cinemas turn to dine-in facilities, the need for functional and fashion-forward garments in other areas of hospitality is growing.
